2020 High School Lacrosse Athletic Registration Forms

All players are required to complete the necessary online Jackson High School Athletic Registration forms for the season. 

These Forms MUST be completed by Wednesday, Tuesday – February 19th. 

2020 High School Physical

All players also must have an up to date physical on file with the athletic department prior to the first day of practice on Monday, February 24th.

No physical and no forms = no play!

Pay to Play Fee

The $100 pay to play fee is due to the athletic office by our first contest on Friday – March 20th at the latest.
